Scaling Human-Centered Leadership through Multimedia Systems
The Story
In an era of rapid retail evolution, leadership requires more than just "management.” It requires the ability to navigate deep complexity with clarity. The goal was to move away from dry, static training and create a high-engagement video series that felt personal, modern, and supportive.
The System
Content Architecture: I authored the scripts for an 11-video series tailored specifically for Individual Contributors and People Leaders.
Multimedia Production: Managed the full production lifecycle, including content strategy, branding, video editing, and the design of comprehensive supporting workbooks to bridge the gap between watching and doing.
Scalable Strategy: Integrated these assets into a wider leadership development program based on direct participant feedback to ensure the tools were immediately applicable.
The Results
By replacing standard e-learning with an interactive, video-based approach, we achieved excellent satisfaction scores and higher direct tool application by managers. This project proved that technical learning systems can, and should, prioritize the human experience to drive real behavioral change.
